板片的定位是以五點金屬與金屬接觸而確定,上承桿的三點,可以防止板片上下移動,加上下承桿的兩點板片就不會左右移動。
板式換熱機組是由一組波紋金屬板組成,板上有四個角孔,供傳熱的兩種液體通過。金屬板片安裝在一個側面有固定板和活動壓緊板的框架內,并用夾緊螺栓夾緊。
